These Terms govern your access to and use of Canada Decoded services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
For the purpose of these Terms:
- “Company” refers to Canada Decoded.
- “User” refers to any individual accessing services.
- “Services” include consultations, guidance, connections, and content.
- “Third Parties” include employers, recruiters, RCICs, and lawyers.
2. Scope of Services
Canada Decoded provides:
- Educational insights
- Strategic planning
- Career and pathway analysis
- General immigration-related information
Services are strictly:
- Non-regulated
- Non-representational
- Advisory in nature
3. No Representation / No Agency Relationship
Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as:
- Creating a client-consultant relationship under Canadian immigration law
- Establishing agency, partnership, or representation
- Authorizing Canada Decoded to act on behalf of the User
4. No Legal or Immigration Advice
All content, consultations, and communications:
- Are for informational purposes only
- Do not constitute legal advice
- Do not substitute licensed RCIC or lawyer services
Users are encouraged to seek licensed professionals where required.
5. No Guarantees or Warranties
Canada Decoded makes no guarantees regarding:
- Visa approvals
- PR outcomes
- Job placements
- LMIA approvals
- Processing timelines
All outcomes depend on:
- Government decisions
- Employer actions
- Individual qualifications
6. Third-Party Disclaimer
We may connect users to:
- Employers
- Recruiters
- Consultants
- Service providers
However:
- We do not verify ongoing compliance of third parties
- We do not guarantee legitimacy beyond initial screening
- We are not liable for fraud, misrepresentation, payment disputes, or employment issues
7. User Due Diligence Obligation
Users agree:
- To independently verify all offers
- To perform due diligence before payments
- To not rely solely on our guidance
Failure to do so is at the user’s own risk.
8. Payment Terms
- All payments are for time, knowledge, and consultation
- Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed
- No refunds based on dissatisfaction with outcomes
Chargebacks or disputes without valid basis may result in legal action or service termination.
9. Consultation Limitations
Consultations:
- Are limited in scope and duration
- Are based on information provided by the user
- Do not include ongoing case management
No liability for incomplete or inaccurate user information.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canada Decoded shall not be liable for:
- Direct or indirect damages
- Loss of income or opportunity
- Immigration refusal or delays
- Employment loss
- Emotional distress
Liability (if any) is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
11. Indemnification
User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Canada Decoded Inc. from claims, legal disputes, losses, and damages arising from:
- User actions
- Third-party dealings
- Misuse of services
12. Misuse of Services
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate access, or cancel bookings if the user:
- Misrepresents information
- Engages in abusive behavior
- Attempts fraud or chargebacks
13. Intellectual Property
All materials, including website content, frameworks, and consultation strategies, are owned by Canada Decoded. Unauthorized use constitutes a legal violation.
14. Non-Solicitation
Users agree not to:
- Directly approach or bypass referred employers
- Use our network for independent gain without consent
15. Confidentiality
We maintain confidentiality of user information. However:
- No guarantee of absolute security
- Third-party platforms are outside our control
16. Data Usage
We may collect:
- Name
- Contact information
- Profile details

17. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays due to:
- Government changes
- Policy updates
- Technical failures
- External disruptions
18. Service Modification
We reserve the right to modify services, update pricing, or change offerings without prior notice.
19. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall:
- Be governed by Ontario law
- Be resolved in Ontario courts
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between user and company.
21. Severability
If any clause is invalid, the remaining Terms still apply.
22. Acceptance
By using our services, the user confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
